Factory Equipment.
Equipped with a Fuji and Phillips SMT chip placement systems, TGL has significant placement capability for high resolution small factor Electronics including BGA (Ball Grid Array) devices. For example the Phillips Chip shooter can place some 60,000 parts per HOUR with 15 placements heads in operation. Each Fuji system can place some 30,000 parts per hour.
